・期間限定受注 ・お届け予定：2025年(2年後)秋 ・WA 96 - 97+ (パーカーポイント) ・ボルドープリムール（新ヴィンテージ） ・シャトーオリジナル木箱入り ────────────────────── 1855年のメドック格付けにおいて、第2級を獲得したシャトー。 50ヘクタールのレオヴィル・バルトンは、ボルドーから北へ40kmのメドック地区、サン・ジュリアン地区の中心部に位置し、ジロンド川に面した、ガロンヌの砂利質の丘の上に位置しています。川が残した砂利の高さの違いが、テロワールを特徴づけており、それが歴史と人々と結びついて、世界で最も偉大な赤ワインの一つを生み出しています。ブドウ品種の分布は、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン74％、メルロー23％、カベルネ・フラン3％となっています。 ────────────────────── ◆2022年ヴィンテージの特徴－総評－ ────────────────────── 2022年のボルドー・プリムールは猛暑と乾燥がその大きな特徴となりましたが、各生産者は最終的に驚くべき深みと濃縮度に、逆説的とも言えるフレッシュさとエレガンスを兼ね備えた素晴らしいワインを生み出しました。一般的に偉大なヴィンテージの条件として、迅速で均一な開花と結実、温暖な春と初夏の乾燥した天候、生育期間の適度な水分ストレス、最適な状態で熟した果実、そして収穫時の乾燥と寒暖差、が挙げられますが、2022年ヴィンテージはその全てを満たしたグレートヴィンテージとの声が高まっています。 春先は温かく開花が早く始まったものの、遅霜の被害は限定的で均一に開花。春先から収穫までのぶどうの生育期間は過去30年の平均気温を上回る猛暑となり、降水量は過去10年間の平均を大幅に下回る水準で推移。6月に降った恵みの雨と、開花前に蓄えられた地下水のお陰で、ぶどうは健全に生育しました。収穫は天候に恵まれ例年よりも早い8月中旬から開始。昼夜の寒暖差がワインにフレッシュさをもたらしました。また生産者はこの10年こうした猛暑と乾燥との課題に向き合い、2015年、2016年、2018年、2019年、2020年ヴィンテージから多くのことを学んできました。結果、2022年ヴィンテージはこうした環境の変化に非常に能動的に対応できたことも成功の一因と言えます。また葡萄樹自体がこうした過酷な気候に対応し、自然の生命体の順応性には驚くばかりです。 熱波と乾燥の影響で収穫された葡萄は非常に小粒で収量は減少。保水性の高い粘土質土壌や石灰質土壌が広がるポムロールやサンテミリオン、ジロンド川の温度調節効果によって熱波の影響が軽減され、標高が高く風通しの良い偉大なテロワールを持つ一部のメドックなどで特に素晴らしい品質に仕上がったようです。生産量の少ない辛口白ワインもフレッシュ感を保ち良好。ソーテルヌやバルサックなどの甘口ワインも、黒葡萄の収穫後9月末の降雨とその後の晴天によって健全にボトリティスが広がり見事な貴腐ワインに仕上がりました。 2022年は2018年、2019年、2020年の三部作を凌ぐ、この100年で5指に入るグレートヴィンテージ中のグレートヴィンテージと期待されます。偉大なワインは過酷な環境下でこそ生まれると言われますが、2022年は過酷な自然環境の中、優れたテロワールと人間の経験と叡智、そしてぶどうの生命力と順応性が共鳴して誕生した奇跡の年となりそうです。 1880年にパリで創業したルグランはグループ内にボルドー・ネゴシアンを抱えているため、生産者とダイレクトに取引が可能な世界でも珍しい老舗ワイン商です。そしてボルドーに駐在するフランス人スタッフが年間を通じて精力的に生産者を訪問し情報を収集しています。 ────────────────────── ・TERRADA WINE STORAGEへのお預け入れが可能です。 ・TERRADA WINE STORAGE 限定サービス「木箱保管」 対象商品です。 ・日本への輸送は低温管理された船便（リーファー輸送）を使用します ※価格は、フランスからの各種輸入費用を含めた総額表示です。 詳しくはショップページを確認ください。 ※写真はイメージです。ヴィンテージは商品名にてご確認ください。

レオヴィル三兄弟のの一角「レオヴィル・バルトン」！ レオヴィル・バルトンは、その兄弟にあたるランゴア・バルトンより優れていると一般的には思われている。2つのシャトーはともにアントニ・バルトンが所有している。ほかの所有者たちと違って、バルトンはブレンドに、しなやかで肉付きのよいメルロをごくわずかしか使わない（1980年代半ばの植え付けの結果、その割合は20%に引き上げられたが）一方で、カベルネ・ソーヴィニョンの割合はサン・ジュリアンの村のみならず、メドック全般においても高い。 隣のレオヴィル・ポワフェレと同じく、1820年代までラス・カーズ侯爵の広大な領地の一部でした。その後、名門シャトー・ランゴアを手に入れたヒュー・バルトンが、1826年に侯爵の旧領地の1/4に当たる畑を入手し、現在でもバルトン家によって伝統的なタイプのワインを造り続けています。 「レオヴィル・バルトン」は、ワインは香り高いアロマと重過ぎずまとまりの良い味わいというサン・ジュリアンの美点をしっかりと備えたスタイルです。特にカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンの比率が高く、筋肉質でクラシックな仕上がりが特徴。パーカー氏によれば、「メドックでもっとも適正な価格がついたワインの一つ」とのこと。 CHATEAU LEOVILLE BARTON シャトー・レオヴィル・バルトン 生産地：フランス ボルドー サン・ジュリアン 原産地呼称：AOC. Unfurling in the glass with aromas of cassis and plums mingled with notions of cigar wrapper, sweet loamy soil and violets, it's full-bodied, velvety and layered, with superb concentration, lively acids and rich, powdery tannins. Perfumed and resonant, this is a profound young Pauillac that bears more of a resemblance to its neighbor Ch?teau Latour than to Pichon Lalande this year. Pichon Baron was one of the great deals of the en primeur campaign, and readers who purchased futures are to be congratulated on their foresight. The numbers speak for themselves: until 2000, Pichon-Longueville Baron produced some 350,000 bottles per year; since 2001, that figure has fallen to 160,000. Managing director Christian Seely's first decision on arriving at the property was to reduce production, focusing the grand vin on Cabernet Sauvignon growing on the deep gravel terraces opposite Ch?teau Latour that have always been the heart of this historic estate and which were the source of the great duo of 1989 and 1990 before being joined by other holdings after a series of acquisitions in the early 1990s. The results speak for themselves in the form of a series of excellent vintages, and things improved further with the construction of a new barrel cellar in 2006, permitting better temperature control and more precision during ?levage. In style, Pichon Baron these days has more in common stylistically with the depth and structure of Latour than it does with the perfumed sensuality of its sibling, Pichon Lalande; and in quality, it's clearly one of contemporary Bordeaux's greatest wines. It's hard to know whether 2010, 2016 or 2019 will emerge as the best Pichon Baron of the decade?and of Seely's tenure up to the time of writing?but what is certain is that the 2019 is a striking wine that any Bordeaux lover would want to have in their cellar. Jeb Dunnuck： 97-99+ ポイント The vivid purple, almost blue-hued 2019 Chateau Leoville Barton is a Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated wine that includes 16% Merlot. It will spend 18 months in a mix of new and used barrels. Classic Barton notes of cassis, scorched earth, burning embers, new leather, and violets emerge from the glass, and this beauty is full-bodied, massively concentrated, and structured on the palate, yet it has a beautiful elegance as well as a plushness in its texture. Nevertheless, it's not for those seeking instant gratification and is going to need 10-15 years of bottle age to hit maturity. It reminds me of the 1990 and is a great, great wine in the making. Packed with rounded tannins and rich black fruits, the wine is impressively concentrated in layers of blackberry flavors and lifted acidity. Expect this wine to age for many years. Rich and heady in the glass, the 2019 offers up a beguiling mix of dark fruit intermingled with scents to tobacco, gravel, pencil shavings, leather, licorice, scorched earth and cloves. Today, Leoville Barton is decidedly virile, imposing and in need of cellaring. It is also hugely impressive. Leoville Barton is one of the first Bordeaux I tasted, many years ago. It remains a favorite for its combination of quality, personality and fair price, all values the late Anthony Barton championed during his long and distinguished career. Antonio Galloni.
